Get to Know Dr. Richard D'Amico
Dr. D'Amico earned his medical degree from New York University and continued to expand his knowledge and experience by completing several surgical residencies. Highly respected for his surgical skill and insight, Dr. D'Amico served as the 2008 President of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). He also co-chaired the ASPS Breast Implant Taskforce and provided key testimony on breast implant safety to the FDA.
Currently, Dr. D'Amico is the Medical Director of the Plastic Surgery and Skin Care Center in Englewood. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Society of Plastic Surgery Skin Care Specialists and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. As the Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, Dr. D'Amico enjoys teaching the techniques that are essential for a plastic surgeon in New Jersey to create high-quality outcomes.
